- Reps: If you call either after hours or no one answers, please leave a message and it will be returned within 24 hours (during business hours) or next day (after hours calls). Please do not call on the weekends for scheduling unless the event is marked ASAP or you have been instructed to by your scheduler. *Unless requested in postings or emails, please do not call. We respond to email within 24 hours usually.
- During special event week/weekends, our hours may be extended to provide the best service possible to both the client and reps.
- If you are a client, please note that shipments needing someone to be present must be done on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays, or Saturdays at this time (we can arrange other days on an as-needed basis with notice).
- Special note to clients - if you need our hours adjusted for a specific program, please inform your assigned coordinator. We will be glad to do this with notice.
- CLOSINGS - In the event of closings due to weather or other occurrences, someone will be available via phone. We will however, be closed on the following days during the year - January 1-2, July 4, November - week of Thanksgiving (Sunday to Sunday), and Dec. 24-26 and 31 (limited staff on hand). If you have questions regarding these days, please contact us. When events are running, someone will be available via phone for both client and rep support. Normal closing dates generally mean only employees dealing with last-minute scheduling and client/rep support will be on hand.
